I believe the match ended 1-1.
Sinclair with the opener. Lamport hit the post at the end of the first half.
Scholes with the equaliser midway through second half.
Abou misses aforementioned sitter at the death.

My only real memory of him was when he fluffed an absolute sitter, possibly against Man City. It was a long time ago though so maybe wrong.

I used to see Abou in Faces quite a few times back in late 90's and there were always a few drunk wankers shouting his name and embarrassing the fuck out of him....

I remember seeing Abou a lot in Faces back then with me many a time sadly smashed out my face typical numb nut divvy fan screaming 'Abooooooooooooou' then trying to make a conversation about nothing for him to be broad smiling all the way through and just nodding.My English at this point would have been SHIT.
I think he genuinely loved the recognition of West Ham fans.

How are Cough? I got my new Ford F150, went on the Nevada DMV website and WESTHAM was available but I had to go into the office to apply for it and it's the other side of town to my office so couldn't do it by the deadline.
So I got a random one for now but when I get a spare couple of hours I'll get WESTHAM
